Welcome to MOVE ON PH. The following terms and conditions guide the use of and commerce in our online shop.
These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time. Please read before making an online purchase at MOVE ON PH.
1 – General
You can shop our product through our online shop.
If you have any questions please contact our customer service for help thru our social media platforms such as FACEBOOK (https://www.facebook.com/moveonph/) and INSTAGRAM (@moveonph). You may also send via email at moveonph@yahoo.com.
All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. MOVE ON PH. reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected.
No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted. MOVE ON PH. holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our online shop. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes
2 – Shipping & Delivery
MOVE ON PH primarily use LBC as its courier service.
Your orders will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible or within 24 hours in the order that they have been received. If you haven’t received your Shipping Receipt or Tracking link/number, you may contact our customer representative immediately. Some reasons may include: Insufficient Payment, Lack of Contact Information, Address not reachable, etc.
- Order via Website
You will receive a tracking link/number along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the email address you enter at the checkout. The shipping location is chosen at checkout.
- Order via Facebook and Instagram
Once everything is settled, you will receive your Shipping Confirmation via direct message, on the account that you use to order. A photo of the LBC shipping receipt will be sent, this includes the tracking link/number of your order.
2.2 Shipping destinations and shipping fees

Please be informed that once tracking receipt has been sent to you, delays and other mishaps in deliveries are NO LONGER IN OUR CONTROL. At this point, we can only assist you to track your order. We highly suggest to contact the LBC regarding your concern.

2.3. Uncollected packages
If you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. If you change your mind about things you ordered contact our customer service immediately. In this case, you still have to collect your package and return it back to us.
Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our customer service. When returning it you are responsible for the goods and the shipping fee.
2.4 Other courier/ shipping options
- Grab Express/Lalamove/ Cash on Delivery
This shipping option is available only to Metro Manila. You may have the option to book it or let us book it for you. The shipping fee depends on the app’s computed fare.
- Cash on Pick-Up
In this option, it follows the same process of Cash on Delivery but instead of it delivering to your address, you will have to pick your parcel at LBC Branch of your choice.
3 – Payment
On the checkout page, You have the following options:

3.1 Paypal
Your credit card payments will be received and processed by our Payment Service Provider. Depending on the results of a credit check, we reserve the right not to offer certain forms of payment and to refer you to our other forms of payment.
If you are asked for details of a payment card, you must be fully entitled to use that card or account. The card or account must have sufficient funds to cover the proposed payment to us.
3.2 Pay via Paynamics
After clicking “Complete order”, you will be redirected to Pay via Paynamics to complete your purchase securely. In this page, you will have the option to pay via:

3.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Your order will be delivered to the address given. LBC will be used as a courier service and will be responsible in contacting you. You can track your order in this link https://www.lbcexpress.com/track/.
4 - Returns and Exchange
You have the right to return a product and get a full refund, within 7 days from receiving the products. For change item, you have 3 days upon receiving your products to return. If you change your mind about a product you have to contact our customer service within this time. We are unable to take back products that have been processed or used. There are no refunds for sale items, only the possibility to exchange or receive a credit note. When returning or exchanging a product you’ll pay for the shipping cost unless:
- Incorrect Size was given to the customer but if the customer simply wants a different size, the customer will shoulder the shipping.
- Shipped wrong items unless the shipped items were correct and the customer wants another product, the customer will shoulder the shipping.
- The product is defect, damaged or if the return is due to a mistake made by us, we will in this case bear or reimburse the delivery cost. Please report the reclamation to our customer service before returning the product, then return the product together with your receipt.
For Faulty Products, it can be classified if they are received. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items MOVE ON PH. will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for shipping and return. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
In case of checked out sold out products, our customer representative will contact you and will ask for if your willing to replace your order. If the customer wished to withdraw his order instead, a store credit or full refund can be given. Exchanging of items must be valued the same or the customer may add incase if the product is priced higher or a store credit may be given if priced lower than the paid product.

5 - Security
All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Most web browsers use symbols or the guide https:// to show that the page you are visiting is secured. MOVE ON PH. co-operate with Nets for redemption of credit card payments.
6 - Applicable law
These Terms and your use of the Website (and all non-contractual relationships arising out of or connected to it or them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Philippines law. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippines courts to settle any dispute, which may arise under these Terms.
7 - Ownership of right
All rights, including copyrights at moveonph.com remain with MOVE ON PH. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
8 - Force majeure
in case of war, civil war, revolution, riot, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, measures by public authority or similar circumstances DEDICATED will apply to force majeure. This means that these terms & conditions cannot or only partly be performed. If this occurs DEDICATED will try to inform you about this.
9 - Integrity Policy
We at MOVE ON PH. have the ambition to always be completely transparent with what information we collect and how we use it, as well as to do this in accordance with current legislation.
