Q: Do you have an actual store?

A: For now, we are solely online-based but we have our quarters located at MEZZA RESIDENCES. We are open daily 10AM to 7PM, just remind us in advance on your visit schedule so we can accommodate you.

Q: Do you ship nationwide (Philippines)?

A: Yes. We send items primarily via LBC. 

Q: What are the available payment options?

A: We can only accept cash payments via bank deposit/transfer (BDO,BPI) and money remittance (LBC, Palawan Express Padala, Cebuana Lhuillier, Wester Union).

Q: Do you do Cash on Delivery (COD)?

A: Yes. We offer COD depending on your exact delivery address. For Metro Manila, we offer GrabExpress COD for same day delivery.

Q: Do you do same day delivery?

A: We can deliver your item on the same day via GrabExpress within Metro Manila depending on the availability of Grab Driver. Please message us for details.

Q: Can I reserve an item?

A: No due to our limited stock of items. 'First come, first serve' applies.

Q: Do you do meet up?

A: No. You can place your order online or visit our quarters located at Mezza Residences.

Q: The item I want is out of stock. What now?

A: We try to have a stock level that will keep up with demand but some popular items may sell out fast. Our focus is to keep up with the latest fashion so we generally do not restock items once they have sold out.
